چکیده
Internal gear is an important transmission component. However, it restricted by its ring−shaped structure, which hinders the finishing process of tooth surfaces after heat treatment. Honing most commonly used technique for external gear, but inconvenient internal gear. In this paper, a new type cone−shape honing wheel proposed and mechanism improving performance studied. First, mathematical model technology that employs built, merits method are discussed. Then, contact conditions between analyzed. It established tool tilt angle has good effect on velocity distributions. Finally, simulations profile measuring employing carried out, feasibility verified.
